I was wondering how one could make the process of booking wedding entertainment. With 20 years of experience, they gave me a lot of advice that I thought would come in handy to all of you wondering how to take some of the pressure off. Why should you book your entertainment with an agency?

All you need to do is send your info and the band you want and the agency will take care of the rest. With an agency, you are sure there will be no double bookings and the band is sure to turn up on your special day. As well as a guarantee the band will show up, they can help you with your queries and give you guidance when you need it.

How to book through an agency?

Look up agencies online, see if they offer bands that you are interested in. Once you’ve made your mind up on your favorite, contact us, make sure you give as much information as possible, the date, the venue, etc.

What are the common mistakes to avoid when booking a band?

Sara explained “It is important to listen to the band you want to book before committing to anything. This may sound obvious but you need to make sure they’re what you want first. Then, make sure you are booking a professional band that will deliver the performance that you want, there are a lot of bands out there but they won’t all be serious and professional. This is where a book through an agency comes in handy. Finally, one of the most important things is to book early. If your wedding is in the summer and on a Friday or Saturday, we highly recommend you book at least a year in advance.
